Sometimes it's hard to decide... here's some help!

A general tendency is to go only for what one is fond of but that approach could not be described as very yogic... and it doesn't yield the best outcome. By following this schedule, it's easier to also do practices that wouldn't be your first choice but that are important indeed.

Don't feel pressured to do the whole schedule, of course. Just go with the flow of the river called LIFE πŸ₯³ but you may want to block time on your own calendar on the days that suit you to feel more committed and lessen the chances of neglecting your physical, mental and spiritual well-being πŸͺ·

When you're logged in, after clicking on a video, you'll have the option 'add to calendar', which will make it even easier to organise your schedule πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

The recommended schedule includes up to three days of practice. If you can practice one day a week only, it will still help you maintain a varied regime.


RECOMMENDED PRACTICE for the week starting Monday 20th October:

DAY 1   β€”   Where Geb Meets Nut (60') in the afternoon or evening

DAY 2   β€”   Long Relaxation (20') at any time

DAY 3   β€”   Dedicated To The Wild (60') at any time
